Shipping Coordination Role
BVG LVDY acts as a logistics coordinator, not a shipping carrier or freight provider. We assist in arranging shipping through third-party carriers, freight forwarders, and logistics partners on your behalf.
We do not physically ship products ourselves.
Shipping Timelines
All shipping timelines provided are estimates only. Shipping durations may vary due to factors including, but not limited to:
- Supplier production schedules
- Carrier availability
- Customs inspections and clearance
- Weather conditions
- International regulations
Delays may occur beyond our control, especially with international shipments.
International Shipping & Customs
International sourcing may involve:
- Customs inspections
- Import/export regulations
- Duties, taxes, or tariffs
Clients are responsible for any applicable customs fees, duties, taxes, or import charges unless otherwise agreed in writing.
BVG LVDY is not responsible for delays caused by customs or regulatory authorities.
Risk of Loss & Responsibility
Once products are handed over to the shipping carrier, risk of loss or damage transfers to the client, subject to the carrier’s terms and any shipping insurance purchased.
Clients are encouraged to request shipping insurance where available.
Third-Party Carriers
Shipping services are provided by third-party carriers and logistics partners. BVG LVDY is not responsible for:
- Carrier delays
- Lost or damaged shipments
- Delivery errors
- Service disruptions
Any claims related to shipping must be addressed directly with the carrier, though we may assist with coordination where possible.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are determined by the carrier and may vary based on:
- Package size and weight
- Destination
- Shipping method selected
All shipping fees are the responsibility of the client unless otherwise stated in writing.
Communication & Updates
BVG LVDY will provide shipping updates when available; however, real-time tracking and carrier communication may vary depending on the logistics provider used.
