All services provided by BVG LVDY are custom and request-based. Because sourcing involves third-party suppliers, manufacturers, and logistics providers, results may vary.

We do not guarantee:

Specific pricing from suppliers
Production timelines
Shipping or delivery timeframes
Availability of products or materials

We commit to best-effort sourcing, coordination, and communication on your behalf.

3. Client Responsibilities

By engaging our services, you agree to:

Provide accurate and complete information
Review and approve sourcing options in a timely manner
Understand that final decisions are made by you, the client
Acknowledge risks associated with international sourcing and third-party vendors

Delays caused by incomplete information or lack of response may impact timelines.

4. Payments & Fees

All fees paid to BVG LVDY are for time, research, coordination, and concierge services.

Unless otherwise stated in writing:

Payments are non-refundable once work has begun
Fees do not guarantee supplier outcomes or production success
Additional fees may apply for expanded scope or additional requests

5. Third-Party Vendors & Suppliers

BVG LVDY works with third-party suppliers, manufacturers, and logistics partners. While we vet and coordinate with these parties, we do not control their operations.

BVG LVDY is not responsible for:

Supplier production errors
Manufacturer delays
Shipping carrier issues
Customs or regulatory delays

Any agreements or transactions with third parties are ultimately between you and the supplier.

6. Shipping & Logistics Disclaimer

Shipping timelines are estimates only. International sourcing may involve customs inspections, regulatory requirements, and carrier delays beyond our control.

BVG LVDY coordinates shipping but is not the shipping carrier.

7. Intellectual Property

All website content, branding, text, and materials on this site are the property of BVG LVDY and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

Client-provided materials remain the property of the client.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BVG LVDY shall not be liable for:

Our liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.
